Rutland Water
The largest man made reservoir in the country is just 6 miles from Grange Farm. Its various tourist attractions include fishing. Cycling (25 mile track around reservoir), birdwatching centre, golf course, butterfly and aquatic centre, sailing, surfboarding, cruising on the Rutland Belle and Normanton Church Museum.

Local Historic Towns
Our nearest town is Uppingham (2 miles), a small market town well known for its school.Oakham (8 miles) a quaint market town with an old market place, a buttercross, stocks, castle and museum.Stamford is steeped in history. The old streets are predominantly Georgian and earlier. All have excellent unique shops.

Rockingham Speedway
The purpose built motor sport complex with a banked oval circuit and indoor and outdoor karting tracks is located 5 miles from Seaton.
